Life is a team sport. Draft your team accordingly.

The Give Team is a leadership program built with students from New Image Youth Center within the Parramore community of Orlando, helping  each team member achieve their own greatness.

“No matter how little you have, you always have something to give.”

Brad Mason

Head Coach, The Give Team

Board Member, New Image Youth Center

Coaches work with each team member on goals in three areas:
(a) Physical Goal: Nothing is more honest than a physical goal. If you put in the work, you get the results.
(b) Team Goal: Meet a member of the community and learn how they’ve achieved greatness and/or overcome challenges.
(c) Academic Goal: Few things are more important than understanding how to achieve good grades in the classroom.

The Give Team coaches work with each team member to understand and implement key leadership principles while helping achieve goals through motivation and addressing the challenges they face along the way.
